A. Registration (Firebase Authentication)
To access the analysis desk features, you must register. We collect your email address and password. This processing is handled via Firebase Authentication (Google Cloud) to provide the core functionalities of our SaaS product (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
B. File Uploads and AI Analysis (Google Cloud Storage & Vertex AI)
When you upload documents (exposés, land registry excerpts, rental agreements, balance sheets, images) to the document vault, they are stored on encrypted Google Cloud Storage servers. Access is strictly limited to you as the account owner (secured via Firebase Storage Security Rules).
Text and image extraction, as well as due diligence analyses, are performed via Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini API) in European regions (Frankfurt / Zurich). Your documents and data are not used to train the AI models.

Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient, and the purpose of the data processing, and, if applicable, a right to correction, blocking, or deletion of this data.

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. All uploaded documents are transmitted in encrypted form and stored encrypted on the cloud servers (AES-256).
